service as well as maintenance and service programs.
Whether you choose to buy a new unit from Modern Air Mechanical,
or just want to extend the life of your current systems, we suggest
you consider our Energy Savings Agreement, a maintenance
and professional cleaning service that will save you money on
your utility bills and promote a safe and healthy indoor air environment.
The program consists of two simple but very important annual visits
to your home. In the spring, our qualified technicians will test
and service your cooling system. In the fall we will check and
service your heating unit. You will become a Preferred Customer
which entitles you to priority service and special cash discounts
on certain repairs and replacements.
