Modern Air Mechanical is one of the larger mechanical contractors in the Central Valley. Our 25,000 square foot sheet metal fabrication facility contains all common trade tools including a state-of-the-art computer-controlled plasma cutter. We have a large, fenced yard which also enables us to store large quantities of equipment and custom fabricated sheet metal products.

We have three full-time estimators that also have experience as project managers, and have more than 40 years combined experience in the trade. The President of the company is also directly involved with planning and supervision of the commercial construction department, overseeing all aspects of the work performed. We have six field foremen who have all been in the trade with journey level experience for 15 years or more. All have excellent backgrounds with commercial and industrial work and have been employed by Modern Air Mechanical for more than five years.

We currently employ approximately 25 journey level installers and several apprentices. We have three journey level sheet metal fabricators and two apprentices working full time in the shop. In order to assure a continuing high standard for our employees, we have made a commitment to on-the-job training through our A.C.T.A. non-union, state approved apprenticeship training program.
