Project Details:
The Ghirardelli Distribution Center in Tracy, CA is more than 1,000,000 square feet and required temperature control and storage for their chocolate. Modern Air installed rooftop units (RTU’s), HVLS fans, exhaust fans, controls, and custom-fabricated sheet metal ductwork for a full HVAC installation of the building.
