HISTORY OF MODERN AIR
Started in a garage in 1983, Modern Air Mechanical has become one of the most well-respected commercial HVAC contractors in the Central Valley. With over 90 employees, and a full-service 25,000 sq. ft. sheet metal fabrication shop, we provide the highest quality commercial, industrial, municipal, education, and residential HVAC services and construction in Central and Northern CA.
Since 2018, Modern Air Mechanical has transitioned from private ownership to an employee-owned model. This exciting change means our employees now have a direct stake in our collective success, fostering a stronger sense of ownership, accountability, and shared purpose.
