This Amazon consisted of 629,186 SqFt Building with 132 Shipping Docks, Mezzanine Platform, and Office Block.
Modern Air Mechanical furnished, coordinated and installed 50 Roof Top Units varying from 4 Tons to 10 Tons, 9 Split Systems, 12 Exhaust Fans, 4 Unit Heaters, custom galvanized sheet metal ductwork per SMACNA standards, refrigerant piping, etc. to fit within the space allowed by the architectural & structural conditions.
