Project Details:
This center consisted of a five level, 3,000,000+ SqFt Concrete Tilt Up Building, containing offices, break rooms, training areas, locker areas, and various mezzanines throughout the 5-level warehouse structure.
Modern Air installed 53 Hybrid Roof Top Units (3 Tons - 25 Tons), 19 Energy Recovery Units, Computer Room Air Conditioning Units, 27 Split Systems (Ducted & Ductless), 23 Exhaust Fans, Electric Unit Heaters, 324 Fire Smoke Dampers, 93 Wall Louvers, custom galvanized ductwork per SMACNA standards, duct supports, duct accessories, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) refrigeration piping and complete mechanical control systems.
